What is the AWP Referral Program?
The AWP Referral Program is an  opportunity for First Responders to earn financial rewards while helping others achieve financial stability. By referring your friends and colleagues to Atlantic Wealth Partners (AWP), you play a vital role in connecting them to  wealth management tailored specifically for Special-Risk careers.
How do I join the Program?
Joining the Referral Program is simple: 1) Complete the quick online registration form at refer.atlanticwp.com 2) Review and sign the legal agreement. You’ll then receive your “Getting Started” guide with tips to help increase the chances of a successful referral. 3) Start introducing your friends and colleagues to AWP.
How much can I earn?
As a member of the Referral Program, your earnings are based on successful referrals. For each referral that becomes a client of AWP and signs the Promoter Disclosure Statement, you’ll receive an initial one-time payment plus annual payments for as long as the client remains with AWP. See the table below for your earnings potential, including bonus amounts during the promotional period.
Do I need to have experience in financial planning?
No financial planning experience is required.
How do I refer potential clients?
Referring potential clients is easy. Simply send a warm introduction email to our team at an email address we will provide you, including your referral’s name, contact information, and a brief note about their financial goals. AWP will take care of following up with your referral to schedule a free consultation.
What happens if my referral doesn't become a client?
If your referral decides not to work with AWP, there’s no penalty to you. You can continue referring other friends and colleagues without any impact on your status in the program.
How will I know when my referral is successful?
If your referral becomes a client of AWP and signs the Promoter Disclosure Statement, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Your earnings will be tracked, and you’ll be notified when payments are processed.
Is there a limit to how many clients I can refer?
There is no limit to the number of clients you can refer. The more referrals you make, the more you can earn through the program.
Can I refer family and friends?
Yes, you are encouraged to refer anyone in your network, including family and friends, who could benefit from AWP’s expertise in financial and retirement planning.
What if I previously referred clients?
AWP appreciates your support and hopes you will continue to support our efforts for First Responder Families. Unfortunately, due to regulatory constraints, we can only compensate individuals referred as of the effective date of this program – from February 8, 2025 forward.
